Illegal Purposes; Internet Gambling. You agree not to use any Service for any illegal purpose or in breach of any contract or agreement by which you are bound, and you agree to comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations in connection with your use of the Services. You acknowledge and agree that we have no obligation to monitor, review or evaluate your transactions for legality and that we may presume that all of your transactions are legal in all applicable jurisdictions. However, we reserve the right to decline any transaction that we believe is an illegal transaction or a high-risk transaction in any applicable jurisdiction. You agree not to use any Service to engage in any internet or online gambling transaction, whether or not gambling is legal in any applicable jurisdiction. We reserve the right to decline any transaction that we believe is an internet or online gambling transaction. You further agree that we are not responsible for the recovery or reimbursement to you of any funds transferred in connection with any transaction authorized by you that is determined to be illegal.
