Common use of Illegality; Severability Clause in Contracts

Illegality; Severability. If any provision of this Terms of Use is declared by any competent court or body to be illegal, invalid or unenforceable under the law of any jurisdiction, or if any enactment is passed that renders any provision illegal, invalid or unenforceable under the law of any jurisdiction, it shall be deemed severed from this Agreement to the minimum extent required and this shall not affect or impair the legality, validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.
