Iceland. 1. Chapter 8 of the Agreement covers procurement of all goods procured by the entities listed in Appendices 1 to 3 to this Annex, unless otherwise specified in this Annex.

Chapter 8 of the Agreement covers only the goods that are described in the Chapters of the Combined Nomenclature (CN) specified below and that are procured by the Ministry of the Interior and Agencies for defence or security activities in Iceland: Chapter 25: Salt, sulphur, earths and stone, plastering materials, lime and cement Chapter 26: Metallic ores, slag and ash Chapter 27: Mineral fuels, mineral oils and products of their distillation, bituminous substances, mineral waxes except:

The premium becomes due when the insurance is issued, unless agreed differently by us. Payment of the premium is a pre-condition for initiating our liability.
