Illinois Base Price. The Illinois Base Price shall be shown in Dollars ($) per ton loaded in rail cars at the Source. The Illinois Base Price is subject to adjustments from time to time for events occurring or having an effect on or after January 1, 2013, pursuant to Section 4.1.4 below, and as otherwise provided in Section 4.1.4.5 below. The new base cost components and new base index levels of the January 1, 2013 Illinois Base Price shall be shown in Schedule 3, entitled Illinois Base Price, and attached to this Confirmation.
