Illinois Client Enrollment Broker. All enrollments will be processed by the ICEB. The Department will provide Contractor with a reasonable opportunity to review, and Contractor may provide the Department with comments relating to, the information to be included in any enrollment packet used by the ICEB. Contractor may be asked to provide material for the enrollment packet.
