Common use of Illinois Residents Clause in Contracts

Illinois Residents. You may cancel this Plan: a) within thirty (30) days after its purchase if no service has been provided and a full refund of the Plan price, less a cancellation fee not to exceed the lesser of ten percent (10%) of the Plan price or fifty dollars ($50.00); or
