Investor acknowledges and agrees that there is a limited public market for the Offered Shares and that there is no guarantee that a market for their resale will continue to exist. Investor must, therefore, bear the economic risk of the investment in the Subject Offered Shares indefinitely and Investor acknowledges that Investor is able to bear the economic risk of losing Investor’s entire investment in the Subject Offered Shares.
