Illiquidity; Risk. The Subscriber understands that substantial restrictions will exist on transferability of the Shares, and that the Subscriber may not be able to liquidate his or its investment in the Corporation. The Subscriber understands that investment in the Corporation entails a very high degree of risk and understands fully the risks associated with the operation of the Corporation and its subsidiaries. Additionally, the Subscriber has read and understands the risk factors and other risks associated with an investment in the Corporation as such are set forth in the Corporation’s annual and quarterly reports filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
