Common use of Immediate Availability Clause in Contracts

Immediate Availability. Funds from the following deposits will be available immediately upon receipt of the deposit: • Electronic deposits, including wire transfers and preauthorized credits (such as Social Security benefits and payroll payments) from U.S. sources (Note: Mobile deposits are check deposits, not electronic deposits) • Cash, if you make the deposit in person to one of our employees or at an Eastern Bank ATM Funds from the following deposits are available on the first business day after the day of deposit: • Cash not otherwise subject to immediate availability • Checks that are drawn on us • U.S. Treasury checks • Federal Reserve Bank checks, Federal Home Loan Bank checks, and U.S. Postal Money Orders • Traveler’s checks • Checks deposited at an Eastern Bank ATM If you make the deposit in person to one of our employees and use a Next-Day Availability Deposit Ticket (available in every branch on request), funds from the following deposits are also available on the first business day after the day of your deposit: • Cashier’s, certified, and teller’s checks that are payable to you • Commonwealth of Massachusetts, State of New Hampshire, and local government checks that are payable to you
