Common use of Immediate Notice Clause in Contracts

Immediate Notice. The Customer agrees to immediately contact Aerowood Aviation’s office, or as soon as possible after any emergency has been mitigated. In the unlikely event that the Customer cannot contact an Aerowood Aviation representative, the Customer agrees to leave a message stating his/her name, aircraft number, location and condition of the aircraft, and the telephone number where the Customer can be reached.
