School Rights and Responsibilities. It is the policy of the Prospect Mountain Schools to maintain an environment that promotes ethical and responsible conduct in all computer and communications equipment activities by staff and students. It shall be a violation of this policy for any employee, student, or other individual to engage in any activity that does not conform to the established purpose and general rules and policies of computer/communications equipment use. Within this general policy, the school recognizes its legal and moral obligation to protect the well being of students in its charge. To this end, the Prospect Mountain Schools retain the following rights and recognizes the following obligations:

  • Rights and Responsibilities This Agreement is our standard service agreement. Application of this Article shall not preclude the use of the grievance procedure as established in this Agreement.
