Common use of Immediate Redundancy Clause in Contracts

Immediate Redundancy. If the University and the Redeployee agree, the Redeployee may elect, in writing, to immediately cease employment with the University and receive a redundancy payment in accordance with clause 63.9 and payment of 12 weeks salary in lieu of any redeployment.
