All amounts payable by Borrower to Lender shall be (a) payable only in United States currency in immediately available funds, and (b) received by Lender at the Minneapolis Loan Center, 000 0xx Xxx Xxxxx, 00xx Xxxxx, Xxxxxxxxxxx, Xxxxxxxxx, or at such other places as may be designated in writing by Lender, no later than 11 AM Pacific Standard Time or Pacific Daylight Time, as applicable. Any amounts received after such time shall be credited the next business day.
