Immediately Notify the State. In the event that project property is not used in the proper manner or is withdrawn from public transportation services, the Subrecipient shall immediately notify the State. The State reserves the right to direct the sale or transfer of property acquired under this MGA or PGA upon determination by the State that said property has not been fully or properly used upon termination of this agreement or as otherwise allowed by applicable rules and regulations.
