Common use of IMMIGRATION AND REFORM ACT Clause in Contracts

IMMIGRATION AND REFORM ACT. The Bidder declares and affirms that their organization is in compliance with the Immigration and Reform Act of 1986 and all employees are legally eligible to work in the United States of America. The Bidder, by submitting it’s response to the RFP agrees and acknowledges that any non-compliance with the Immigration and Reform Act of 1986 at any time during the term of this contract will render the contract voidable by the City of Garland.
