Common use of IMMIGRATION REPORTING REQUIREMENTS Clause in Contracts

IMMIGRATION REPORTING REQUIREMENTS. All contracts must include the Contractor’s written compliance with the Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986 (IRCA), D.L. 99-603 and the Georgia Security Compliance Act OCGA 13- 10-90 et.seq. Contractors who meet the reporting criteria will be required to submit a Contractor Affidavit and Agreement prior to the award of the contract. Upon award of the contract, the Contractor will also be required to submit a Subcontractor’s Affidavit. Copies of these Affidavits are incorporated in the Supplementary General Conditions.
