Common use of Immunities and Statutory Limitations Clause in Contracts

Immunities and Statutory Limitations. The School will assert all immunities and statutory limitations of liability in connection with any third party Claims arising from its operations, and will not waive any immunities or limitations without the prior written consent of Manager. Notwithstanding this ARTICLE IX, to the fullest extent permitted by law, the School will waive the defense of governmental immunity in any dispute between the Parties.
