Immunity of Shareholders, etc. The Warrant Agent and the Warrantholders hereby waive and release any right, cause of action or remedy now or hereafter existing in any jurisdiction against any incorporator or any past, present or future shareholder, trustee, employee or agent of the Corporation or any successor Corporation on any covenant, agreement, representation or warranty by the Corporation herein. The obligations hereunder are not personally binding upon, nor shall resort hereunder be had to, the private property of any of the past, present or future Directors or Shareholders of the Corporation or any of the past, present or future officers, employees or agents of the Corporation, but only the property of the Corporation (or any successor person) shall be bound in respect hereof.
