Immunity of Shareholders, etc. The Trustee and the Holders hereby waive and release any right, cause of action or remedy now or hereafter existing in any jurisdiction against any incorporator or any past, present or future shareholder, trustee, Director, officer, employee or agent of the Corporation or any successor entity on any covenant, agreement, representation or warranty by the Corporation herein.

Immunity of Shareholders, etc. The Trustee Debt Security holders and the Holders Trustee hereby waive and release any right, cause of action or remedy now or hereafter existing in any jurisdiction against any incorporator or any past, present or future incorporator, shareholder, trusteedirector, Director, officer, officer or employee or agent of the Corporation for the payment of the principal of or premium or interest on any successor entity of the Debt Securities or on any covenant, agreement, representation or warranty by the Corporation hereinherein or in the Debt Securities contained.

Immunity of Shareholders, etc. The Trustee Debenture holders and the Holders Trustee hereby waive and release any right, cause of action or remedy now or hereafter existing in any jurisdiction against any incorporator or any past, present or future incorporator, shareholder, trusteedirector, Director, officer, officer or employee or agent of the Corporation for the payment of the principal of and premium, if any, and interest on any of the Debentures or any successor entity on any covenant, agreement, representation or warranty by the Corporation hereinherein or in the Debentures contained.

Immunity of Shareholders, etc. The Trustee and, by the acceptance of the Warrant Certificates and as part of the Holders consideration for the issue of the Warrants, the Warrantholders hereby waive and release any right, cause of action or remedy now or hereafter existing in any jurisdiction against any incorporator or any past, present or future shareholder, trustee, Directordirector, officer, employee or agent of the Corporation or any successor entity corporation on any covenant, agreement, representation or warranty by the Corporation hereinherein or contained in the Warrant Certificates.

Immunity of Shareholders, etc. The Trustee Warrantholders and the Holders Trustee hereby waive and release any right, cause of action or remedy now or hereafter existing in any jurisdiction against any incorporator or any past, present or future shareholder, trustee, Director, officer, employee director or agent officer of the Corporation for the issue of Common Shares pursuant to any warranty or any successor entity on any covenant, agreement, representation or warranty by the Corporation hereinherein or in the Special Warrants contained.
