Impact Bargaining Insurance. The Board of Education agrees to impact bargaining with BEST at the time a staff medical/health insurance carrier bid is considered. The BEST representatives will be invited to meetings when the agenda deals with staff medical/health insurance. It is expressly understood and agreed to by the Board of Education and BEST that this Memorandum of Understanding is not subject to the grievance or arbitration provisions of Article X of the Collective Bargaining Agreement between the Board of Education and BEST.
