Common use of Impact Fees Clause in Contracts

Impact Fees. Developer shall pay the development impact fees in the amount and at the time set forth below in addition to those fees and charges set forth in Section 3.11.D (if any) and Article 4. No other development impact fees of City shall apply to the Project, except as provided by New City Laws permitted under Section 3.02.

Impact Fees. Except as otherwise set forth in this Section 4.02(f), the Developer shall pay the City development impact fees that are in the amount and effect at the time of issuance of each building permit for the Project. Said fees shall be payable at the time of building permit issuance. The City shall not impose any new categories of impact fees during the Term of this Agreement. In addition, the City shall not require any exactions or fees, or impose any further conditions, reservations, dedications, or public improvements other than as set forth below in addition to those fees and charges set forth in Section 3.11.D (if any) and Article 4.
