Common use of Impact Fees Clause in Contracts

Impact Fees. The Project shall be subject to City transportation impact fees as required by the City of Lakeland Transportation Impact Fee Ordinance No. 5535. These fees shall be due either in cash or third-party impact fee credits (including, without limitation, $124,435.01 in impact fee credits from ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ and $124,435.01in impact fee credits from ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, all of which have been confirmed as valid by the City) assigned by the eligible owner of those credits.
