Common use of IMPACT OF LEGISLATIVE CHANGES Clause in Contracts

IMPACT OF LEGISLATIVE CHANGES. Any terms and conditions which may be rendered inapplicable by a change in State, Federal or local laws shall not affect the validity of those portions of this Agreement not impacted by the change in legislation. It is further understood by the Counties that certain terminology in this Agreement may change as Federal and State laws governing this Agreement dictate.
