IMPACT OF LEGISLATIVE CHANGES. Any terms or conditions rendered inapplicable by a change in State, Federal or local laws shall not affect the validity of those portions of this XXX Agreement not impacted by the same. It is further understood by the Counties that certain terminology in this XXX Agreement may change as Federal and State laws governing this XXX Agreement dictate.
