Impact on Operations. Department Head will be informed, consulted and trained on any and all items negotiated with other bargaining units that may impact the operations of any department, prior to tentative agreements of said item(s).
Impact on Operations. In consultation with the Customer, the ESCO must categorise the installation of all components of the works as to the impact (low/high) on the operations of the Premises and provide alternative proposals for works which have a high adverse impact. Each alternative proposal must outline the nature of the impact, the alternatives which could be adopted to minimise or remove the relevant impact and the estimated costs associated with the implementation of those alternatives in terms of additional cost to the project. Without limiting the above, cost comparisons are to be provided for the impact on after hours’ and working hours’ operations.

Impact on Operations. The Board of Elections will work in good faith with SCCPSS to minimize the impact of polling activities and any associated activities (including cleaning) on the operation of SCCPSS facilities. Nothing in this Agreement shall be deemed to require SCCPSS to provide for the use of a facility for polling purposes if that use will substantially interfere with the use of any SCCPSS facility for the purposes for which it is primarily intended.
