Common use of Impairment Clause in Contracts

Impairment. The Pledgor shall not take, or participate in, any action which impairs, or which would for any other reason be inconsistent with, the security interest of the Secondary Pledgees or the security purpose as described in Clause 4 hereof or defeat, impair or circumvent the rights of the Secondary Pledgees hereunder in each case in any respect.
