BUYER’s Impairment Sample Clauses

BUYER’s Impairment. If changes occur in Federal, State or local regulations restrict or prohibit BUYER's use of the Product as fuel for its electric generating facilities, BUYER shall have the right to terminate this Contract or reduce the quantity of Product taken under this Contract upon Notice. The amount of such quantity reduction, which BUYER may elect, shall be up to the amount of Product to which any such restriction, prohibition, or reduction in use applies.
