Impermissible Assignment. Any attempted assignment that does not comply with the terms of this Section shall be null and void ab initio; provided, however, that if Successful Respondent assigns this Agreement in contravention of this Section by operation of Law, such assignment shall be voidable at the option of DIR.

  • Assignment; Delegation The Contract shall be binding upon and ensure to the benefit of the City and the Contractor and their respective successors and assigns, provided however, that no right or interest in the Contract shall be assigned and no obligation shall be delegated by the Contractor without the prior written consent of the City.
