Common use of Impermissible Assignment Clause in Contracts

Impermissible Assignment. Any attempted assignment that does not comply with the terms of this section shall be null and void ab initio; provided, however, that if Successful Respondent assigns this CTSA in contravention of this section by operation of law, such assignment shall be voidable at the option of DIR.
