Common use of Implement Commissioning Plan Clause in Contracts

Implement Commissioning Plan. If the Owner approves the Building Commissioning Plan, the Design Professional shall integrate the activities of the Commissioning Provider into the Design Professional’s project task-related schedule. The Design Professional shall provide drawings and specifications consistent with the Design Intent and continue to cooperate and collaborate with the Commissioning Provider in the verification of design and construction.
