Implementation of Agreed Upon Resolution. If, at any point during the Dispute Resolution Process, all of the Participants to the Dispute accept a proposed resolution of the Dispute, the Participants agree to implement the terms of the resolution in the agreed upon timeframe.

Implementation of Agreed Upon Resolution. If, at any point during the Dispute Resolution Process, all of the persons and parties to the Dispute accept the NJHIN Advisory Council’s proposed resolution of the Dispute, the resolution shall be reduced to writing, executed by each of them, and implemented in accordance with the terms of the resolution in the agreed upon timeframe.
