Implementation of Amendments. Upon obtaining any Consent required under this Section 4.1 or otherwise required by this Agreement, and without further action or execution by any other Person, including any Member, (i) any amendment to this Agreement may be implemented and reflected in a writing executed solely by the Manager, and (ii) the Members shall be deemed a party to and bound by that amendment of this Agreement.
Implementation of Amendments. 68. The Parties will take the necessary steps to implement an amendment to this Agreement as soon as possible after the amendment takes effect.
Implementation of Amendments. The Agent and Directors must implement any amendment to the Bank's Policies as required by the Bank.
