Common use of Implementation of Individual GSPs Clause in Contracts

Implementation of Individual GSPs. Except as otherwise provided herein, this Coordination Agreement does not in any manner affect each GSA Party’s responsibility to develop, approve and implement its respective individual GSP in accordance with the requirements of the SGMA.

Implementation of Individual GSPs.
