Implementing Arrangements. For purposes of the application of this Agreement, operational, administrative and technical matters may be the subject of separate arrangements to be concluded between the EU Force Commander and the Host State's administrative authorities.

Implementing Arrangements. The Parties may develop bilateral or plurilateral arrangements to set out areas of cooperation of mutual interest for applying this Chapter. The Parties that have adopted such arrangements under this Chapter are encouraged, where mutually agreed, to report such arrangements to the Committee on Goods.

The Parties may conclude implementing arrangements setting out details for the implementation of this Chapter, including in relation to competent authorities, contact points, adaptation to regional conditions, equivalence, verification, certification, and import checks and as provided for in Articles 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, and 11 of this Chapter.
2. Each Party responsible for the implementation of an implementing arrangement shall take all necessary actions to do so within a reasonable period of time as mutually determined by the Parties.
3. Where implementing arrangements have been adopted, they shall be applied to trade between the Parties.

In order to implement this Agreement, operational, administra- tive and technical matters will be dealt with in separate arrange- ments to be concluded between the EUF Commander and the administrative authorities of the Host Party. These arrangements will cover, inter alia: — status of local staff and contractors, — visits of officials, — communication and information systems, including radio communications system, — coordination of information activities, — exchange of information, — medical services of all kinds, including dental services, — protection of the environment (wildlife and nature), — Host-nation support, — procedures for addressing and settling claims, — modalities and procedures for the Joint Coordination Group, — transport arrangements.
Implementing Arrangements. (1) The Parties shall conclude, on an expedited basis, Implementing Arrangements for this Treaty. The Implementing Arrangements may be amended or supplemented as mutually determined by the Parties.
(2) The Implementing Arrangements shall include a process by which entities in the Approved Community may move from the requirements of United States Government defense export licenses or other authorizations issued under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations to the processes established under this Treaty.
Implementing Arrangements. 1. The Competent Authorities of the Contracting Parties shall conclude an Administrative Arrangement that sets out the measures necessary for the implementation of this Agreement.
2. The Competent Authorities of the Contracting Parties shall inform each other of any changes to their legislation which may affect the implementation of this Agreement.
3. The Competent Authorities of the Contracting Parties shall designate Liaison Institutions for application of this Agreement as follows: as regards the Republic of Serbia, Institute of Social Insurance, as regards the People's Republic of China, the Social Insurance Administration of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security.
Implementing Arrangements. The Parties may, through their respective Responsible Authorities, conclude Implementing Arrangements setting out details for the implementation of this Agreement.
