Common use of Important Data Clause in Contracts

Important Data. Data which has taken a long time to develop or is one of a kind but, if not readily available, would not stop HJG operations. The Primary operator/originator of the data has the responsibility to categorize data as Important because he/she is aware of the time and effort spent to create the data and the effort it would take to replace it. The Commander, HJG has determined the following data is IMPORTANT and shall be subject to these provisions: DATA RESPONSIBLE DEPARTMENT Current Programs IT Current Inventory Finance/IT Current Budget and Finance Information Finance/IT Current Pay Information Finance/IT
