Common use of Important Data Clause in Contracts

Important Data. Data which has taken a long time to develop or is one of a kind but, if not readily available, would not stop YPS operations. The Primary operator/originator of the data has the responsibility to categorize data as Important because he/she is aware of the time and effort spent to create the data and the effort it would take to replace it. The partners of YPS have determined the following data is IMPORTANT and shall be subject to these provisions: DATA RESPONSIBLE Department Legacy Programs / Data Development Legacy Client Information IT Client information in the production process which may be stored at the Via- SLC facility Development\Production
