Importation/Distribution network. The Distributor shall use its best efforts to import, distribute and market and sell at wholesale the Product within the Sales Territory. To help facilitate such efforts the Distributor shall maintain or develop and implement an importation/distribution organization to service the Distributors Sales Territory.
