Common use of Imposition of Prohibited Charges Clause in Contracts

Imposition of Prohibited Charges. If the Department determines that Contractor has imposed a charge on an Enrollee that is prohibited, or otherwise not allowed, by this Contract, the Department may impose a civil money penalty of $10,000.00 to $25,000.00.
