Impossibility of Performance. If the performance of any duty of the Contractor set forth in this Agreement is beyond the reasonable control of the Contractor, the Contractor shall nonetheless be obliged to use reasonably commercial efforts to perform such duty and to notify the Company if the performance of such duty is beyond its reasonable control.
