Common use of Impracticability Clause in Contracts

Impracticability. Providing Company shall not be required to provide any Service to the extent the performance of such Service becomes "Impracticable" as a result of a cause or causes outside the reasonable control of Providing Company including unfeasible technological requirements, or to the extent the performance of such Services would require Providing Company to violate any applicable laws, rules or regulations or would result in the breach of any software license or other applicable contract.

Impracticability. The Providing Company shall not be required to provide any Service to the extent the performance of such Service becomes "Impracticable" as a result of a cause or causes outside the reasonable control of the Providing Company including unfeasible technological requirements, or to the extent the performance of such Services (i) would require the Providing Company to violate any applicable laws, rules or regulations or (ii) would result in the breach of any software license or other applicable contractcontract in effect on the date of this Agreement.
