Common use of Impracticability Clause in Contracts

Impracticability. Providing Party shall not be required to provide any Service to the extent that the performance of such Service becomes "Impracticable" as a result of a cause or causes outside the reasonable control of Providing Party including unfeasible technological requirements, or to the extent the performance of such Services would require Providing Party to violate any applicable laws, rules or regulations or would result in the breach of any software license or other applicable contract.

Impracticability. Providing Party Neither party hereto shall not be required to provide any Service service to the extent that the performance of such Service service becomes "Impracticable" as a result of a cause or causes outside the reasonable control of Providing Party such party, including without limitation unfeasible technological requirements, or to the extent the performance of such Services services would require Providing Party to violate any applicable laws, rules or rules, regulations or existing written policies of such parties or would result in the breach of any software license or other applicable contract.
