Common use of Improper Disclosure or Use Clause in Contracts

Improper Disclosure or Use. Improper disclosure or use of Confidential Information may cause irreparable harm to the City, CSERELP or Development Manager, as the case may be, and such harm may not be adequately compensated by damages. As a result, in addition to all other remedies a Party may have, a Party may seek and obtain from any court of competent jurisdiction injunctive relief in respect of any actual or threatened disclosure or use of any Confidential Information contrary to the provisions of the Agreement.
