Improper Use of City Equipment Prohibited. No City-owned equipment, autos, trucks, instruments, tools, supplies, machines, badges, identification cards, or other items which are the property of the City shall be used by an employee other than in the regular performance of duties, except upon prior approval of the employee’s department head or appointing power or designee duly authorized to give such approval.
