Improvement Plans. If a bargaining unit member requests and/or prime evaluator determines that the bargaining unit member needs to improve performance, an Improvement Plan will be developed. The bargaining unit member and prime evaluator shall mutually agree to the standards, elements, strategies, evidence, responsible party, and timelines for improvement in the plan. The goal of the parties is to ensure that the bargaining unit member has a full opportunity to improve performance. The member may bring a site rep or other LEA representative to this meeting to provide support and assistance to the Bargaining Unit Member in developing the Improvement Plan. When an improvement plan goal has been achieved, the administrator and member will sign off on the completion form indicating such.

If the evaluation demonstrates that the program chair’s performance is unsatisfactory, or if the xxxx has otherwise provided the chair with written notice that his or her performance is unsatisfactory, the xxxx will, in collaboration with the program chair, establish a performance improvement plan and terms for re-evaluation.

You will create plans and specifications for the work described in Section 3.1 (based upon the System Standards and this Agreement) if we so request and submit them for our approval before starting improvement of the Location. Any material variation from the Approved Plans requires our prior written approval. You will promptly provide us with copies of permits, job progress reports, and other information as we may reasonably request. We may inspect the work while in progress without prior notice.

Improvement Plans. Teachers may be required to complete an OTES Improvement Plan. Teachers who receive below expected academic growth with his/her students, receive an ineffective rating on the teacher performance side of the evaluation, or receive an overall ineffective rating shall be required to collaboratively develop the OTES Improvement Plan and complete the OTES Improvement Plan Evaluation with the evaluator.
