Common use of IMPROVEMENT, RELOCATION OR REMOVAL OF STRUCTURES Clause in Contracts

IMPROVEMENT, RELOCATION OR REMOVAL OF STRUCTURES. Lessor, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to further develop or improve the aircraft operating area and other portions of the Airport, including the right to remove or relocate any structure on Airport, as it sees fit, and to take any action it considers necessary to protect the instrument approaches of the airport against obstructions, together with the right to prevent Lessee from erecting or permitting to be erected, any buildings or other structure on the Airport which, in the opinion of Lessor would limit the usefulness of the Airport or constitute a hazard to aircraft. In the event Lessor requires the Leased Premises for expansion, improvements, development of the Airport, Lessor reserves the right, on thirty (30) days’ written notice, to relocate or replace Lessee’s improvements in substantially similar form at another generally comparable location on the Airport.
