Common use of Improvements and Changes in Use Clause in Contracts

Improvements and Changes in Use. The Concessionaire will not make any changes or improvements to all or any part or parts of the Project Facilities, the Site and the Adjacent Areas or any changes in uses of all or any part or parts of the Project Facilities, the Site and the Adjacent Areas except as expressly required or permitted by, and subject to and in accordance with, the provisions of this Agreement, including Section 11.4 [Concessionaire Changes], Section 14.6 [Maintenance and Other Works], Part 2 of Schedule 13 [Province Changes], Section 36.3 [Subsequent Schemes]¸and Part 1 of Schedule 14 [Subsequent Schemes], and Section 36.4 [Improvements] and Part 2 of Schedule 14 [Improvements].
