Improving access to services. 1.5.1 The parties recognise that, in certain areas of public service delivery, there is public demand for greater access to services, including increased access outside of traditional hours. The parties recognise the need for engagement on flexibilities to meet the changing needs of the public, and improve service delivery and productivity. The parties will therefore engage proactively across the following three pillars:
