In Kind Redeliveries. Subject to the other terms and conditions of this Agreement, Processor shall redeliver in kind to Supplier or its nominee at the applicable Redelivery Point 100% of the Residue Gas attributable to Supplier’s Raw Gas deliveries. No separate payment or value calculation shall be made under this Agreement for any hydrocarbons recovered in Processor’s gathering system or inlet treating and/or scrubbing facilities, helium, sulfur, CO2, or other non-hydrocarbons.
