Examples of Deliveries in a sentence
Deliveries may be scheduled by mutual agreement for Saturdays, Sundays or legal holidays observed by the State of New York where the Product is for daily consumption, an emergency exists, the delivery is a replacement, delivery is late, or other reasonable circumstance in which event the convenience of the Authorized User shall govern.
Deliveries against this contract shall usually be free of Federal excise and transportation taxes.
Deliveries are to be made at locations specified by the County at time of Order.
Deliveries of equipment, supplies, and/or services must be made no later than the time stated in the contract or within a reasonable period of time, if a specific time is not stated.
