IN MIND CLOUD. reserves the right to amend and modify the terms of this Agreement in its sole discretion from time to time, provided such amendments and modifications are reasonable in the circumstances and do not affect the scope of the services being provided by IN MIND CLOUD to the Customer. Any such amendments and modifications to the terms of this Agreement may be posted by IN MIND CLOUD on its website from time to time or otherwise notified to the Customer by IN MIND CLOUD.
